Thomas Eitenmüller

Managing Director

Thomas has three decades of experience in international banking as well as expertise in municipal debt management, credit products, and risk management products. He has worked for several major German banks and has held leadership positions at Lucht Probst Associates GmbH (LPA). He is a truly global consultant in technology-based capital market solutions (CapTech) for banks, savings banks, and insurance companies.

Robert Wassmer

Managing Director

After studying business administration in Germany and abroad, Robert worked for leading business consultancies and gained extensive experience in the financial services sector. Before his position at komuno, he was responsible for Helaba's internal digitalisation strategy for several years.

Caroline Mutius

Sales & Relationship Management Public-Sector Clients

Caroline Mutius has been part of the komuno team since 2019. Caroline has a sound knowledge of the industry thanks to her degree programme, which included integrated work experience at a prestigious private bank, as well as her subsequent work in sales. In addition to sales and relationship management, Caroline is also responsible for a large number of development areas and projects.

Yannick Ullmann

Sales & Relationship Management Institutionals

Yannick Ullmann has been part of the komuno team since 2019. While studying finance, he gained considerable experience in sales to financial institutions. During his time with an international management consultancy, he also developed expertise in project management and software consulting. In addition to his work with banks, Yannick is responsible for several projects and development areas.

Dr. Reinhild Köster

Head of Communications

Reinhild Köster is our communications manager. After completing her studies and doctorate at the University of Münster, she was responsible for marketing and communications for the "Municipalities and Municipal Enterprises" customer group at WestLB. More recently, she worked for IBM. Thanks to her in-depth knowledge of the sector, she is familiar with the needs of public-sector clients.

Nadine Heidelberg

Office Management & HR

Nadine Heidelberg is responsible for various areas within komuno GmbH: from office management & personnel to accounting and marketing, she takes care of everything that arises and ensures office operations run smoothly. Years of experience in marketing and advertising round off her profile and make Nadine an all-round talent.

Tim Bleser

Product Owner / Head of Development

Tim Bleser is currently completing his Master of Science at the Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and has been part of komuno GmbH from the very beginning. As a former intern at LPA, Tim became our software specialist. Today, he is responsible for the development of our software as well as various projects for komuno.

You Wu

Project Management / Development

You Wu studies business informatics at TU Darmstadt and holds a BSc in Economics. As a former intern at Helaba, she accompanied the development of komuno right from the project phase. Today, You is responsible for our CRM system and assists in financial planning.
